Brothers Denzinger, Torquemada, and myself are currently en route to Knoxville in the official HKTTC semi-truck. (I am glad that I will no longer have to bilocate to Knoxville, as it takes a lot out of me.) Our vehicle will be at your disposal for the length of construction.
Additionally, since orders for our ale have been POURING in, the Order would like to donate a portion of the proceeds to the chapel construction fund. A check for $75.38 should be arriving at the rectory later today.
After much consultation with the brothers, I have decided that our novitiate is best located in Knoxville. In that way, we shall provide spiritual support (and physical security!) to the priests of the SSLI as they work to erect the chapel. Who knows what devilish arts or fiendish machinations those apostates of the SPV2 community will utilize to stop this most pious edifice from being completed!

Maybe you could sell the chapel to the SoV2 people, and then demolish it. It seems a waste to break something that isn't theirs.
